在梦润公司的办公楼旁，有一块布告板，上面贴满一张张纸，不是文件或公告，它们有一个共同标题：实现“我的小康梦”（打造贵州山区圆梦第一村）。它们是大坎村里的人们的“梦”：

They have a common title: Realize "My Dream of Well-off" (which means they want to build the first village to fulfill dreams in the mountainous area of Guizhou province). They are the "dreams" of the people in Dakan Village.
“希望梦润越做越大，生意越来越好，希望自己的家人健健康康没有疾病；希望自己每个孩子有自己的事业，有房有车。”这是汇川区劳模黔南单亲妈妈冉从分和她的孩子们的梦想。
"I hope Mengrun company grows bigger and business gets better in the future. I hope my family is healthy and free from diseases. I also hope each of my children has their own business, a house and a car." This is the dream of Ran Congfen, a model worker as well as a single mother in Huichuan District in Qiannan, and her children.
“一年内修一栋别墅，把家搬到公司来，让父母过来带孩子，经营避暑旅游，自己和爱人踏实工作，多赚点钱，希望能为我的第二故乡尽一点微薄之力。”这是80后员工柏林和90后妻子左艳容的梦想。
"I wish I can build a villa within a year and move my families to the company. I want to let my parents come over to bring up the children. So that I can operate a summer vacation tour and pay more attention to the work with my wife and earn more money. In the future I hope it is possible for me to make a small contribution to my second hometown." This is the dream of Bo Lin, a post-80s employee, and his wife Zuo Yanrong, a post-90s.
“在不久的将来能独当一面，同时也希望能购买一辆自己喜欢的汽车”；“经营避暑旅游，用避暑旅游赚来的钱供孩子上大学”……
"To be able to be on my own in the near future and buy a car of my choice"; "To run a summer vacation tour and use the money earned from that to pay for my children's college education".
这些切近的渺远的梦想，还明确了帮扶企业——贵州梦润集团，负责人张明富和他的妻子李润开。
These dreams also clearly helped the enterprise, Guizhou Mengrun Group, with the person in charge, Zhang Mingfu and his wife, Li Runkai.
起初，这个活动是张明富在企业内部发起的。2011年，他号召员工将梦想和计划写进去，企业进行帮扶。由于收效很好，张明富决定将这个活动推广到整个村。于是，大坎村每家每户门口都张贴了梦想，没有人害羞，没有人被嘲笑，每个梦想都是明亮的，并明确了对口帮扶单位或个人，政府部门、《劳动时报》和许多热心人都加入这个圆梦队伍中，开展一对一帮扶。
Initially, this activity was initiated by Zhang Mingfu within the company. In 2011, he called on his employees to write in their dreams and plans for the company to help. As the results were very good, Zhang Mingfu decided to extend this activity to the whole village. And then, Paper filled with dreams was pasted to the door of every house in Dakan Village. There is no one feels shy or ridiculed to share the dreams. Every dream was bright and the counterpart help units or individuals were clearly identified. Government departments, the Labor Times and many enthusiastic people joined this dream-fulfilling team to carry out one-to-one help.
要将偏僻的大坎村打造为“贵州山区圆梦第一村”的张明富，其实自己曾最深刻地感受到梦的破碎。他太过于明白那种滋味：当他这样一个农民工激情澎湃地谈梦想时，总会引起一阵哗笑，然后被狠狠泼上一头冷水。即便如此，张明富就是喜欢谈梦想，他久久痴迷于那些缤纷斑斓的梦，而近乎顽固地渴求和追寻。1998年，张明富到团泽镇创建贵州梦丽雅化妆品厂时，便将品牌取名为“梦润”——“梦”即指梦想，“润”则取自妻子李润开的名字，同时也蕴含“滋润肌肤”之意。

He understands the feeling that when a migrant worker like him talks about his dream passionately, it always causes a burst of laughter and then everyone can’t wait to rain on his parade. In 1998, when Zhang Mingfu went to Tuanze Town to establish Guizhou Mengliya Cosmetics Factory, he named the brand "Mengrun" . "Meng" means dream and "Run" is taken from his wife Li Runkai's name, which also means "moisturizing the skin".

他的童年写满了饥饿、忍耐和苦难。但他有一个慈祥、勤劳、隐忍的奶奶，平日里最疼爱他，让他感到一丝温暖。由于裹小脚落下残疾，奶奶每次爬坡上坎都十分吃力，却要担起全家9口人的煮饭工作。那时，奶奶早上要做“饭巴团”，比他大三岁的哥哥每天都要吃一个，但有时饭太少，哥哥一个不高兴，就把奶奶的柴火捞出去扔了，还要用水完全浇灭火星子，张明富见状气得发昏，冲上去和就哥哥干起架来，结果总是被哥哥反揍一顿。直到今天，他仍常常想起奶奶在灶炉边一瘸一拐的身影。
His childhood was full of hunger, endurance and hardship. But he had a kind, hard-working and patient grandmother who loved him the most and made him feel a touch of warmth. Due to the disability caused by foot-binding, which was a cultural phenomenon that existed in feudal ancient China that harmed women's health, his grandmother had to take care of cooking for the whole family of nine people, even though it was very hard for her to climb up the slope every time. At that time, his grandmother had to make "rice balls" in the morning. And his brother, who was three years older than him, had to eat one every day. However, sometimes the rice was not enough for him, so that his brother was upset. He threw out his grandmother's firewood and threw it away, and poured water to douse the sparks completely. This scene made Zhang Mingfu so angry that he rushed up and fought with his brother. But he could not beat him. To this day, he often thinks of his grandmother's limping figure at the stove.
张明富暗下决心，这辈子一定好好读书考上大学，走出贫穷的大山沟，让挚爱的亲人不再那么苦累。17岁那年，他以优异成绩考上高中，就在踌躇满志的时候，不幸发生了：爷爷干农活时意外摔死，最亲昵的奶奶重病缠身，跟着去世。张明富的心灵受到了极大创伤。
Zhang Mingfu made up his mind that he would study hard and go to college in this life, so that he could get out of the poor mountain valley and make his beloved family members have a productive life. At the age of 17, he was admitted to high school with excellent grades. Just when he was full of ambition, a tragedy unfortunately happened. His grandfather died in an accident while doing farm work, and his grandmother, who was the closest to him, became seriously ill and died after him. Zhang Mingfu's heart was greatly traumatized.
办完丧事后，整个家已经被掏空，还欠下600元外债，偏偏此时母亲身患重病住院，即便张明富一星期只要2块钱生活费和8斤玉米，家里也拿不出来了。
After the funeral, the whole family has run out of money, but also owed 600 yuan in debt. At this time, his mother was seriously ill in hospital. Even if Zhang Mingfu needed 2 yuan living expenses and 8 kg of corn a week, the family cannot afford.
只读了两个月高中就要辍学，踏出校园大门那一刻，张明富知道自己的大学梦破碎了，此后将要迎接他的，是生存的拷问。
After only two months of high school, he had to drop out of school. When the moment he stepped out of the campus, Zhang Mingfu knew his dream of college was shattered, and what was going to meet him after that was the torture of survival.
他走上了漫漫打工路。起初，他和哥哥到建筑公司挖土、拉车，一次，他俩拉着满载泥土的板车下一个长坡，结果坡度太大，不是人推车，而是车发疯般拽着两个瘦弱的孩子直冲下坡，最后，人和车通通栽进泥坑中，这才停了下来，兄弟俩险些丢了命。
He embarked on a long way of working. At first, he and his brother went to the construction company to digging and pulling a car. Once, when they were pulling a crate full of dirt down a long slope, which was too large, the car crazily dragged two skinny children straight downhill. And finally, until he and his brother and cars were all fell into the mud pit, the car stopped, and they were nearly lost their lives.
这件事之后，张明富和附近的几个村民凑了17块钱，到市场上贩鸡，但是鸡不幸染上瘟疫死了，大家血本无归。正当走投无路时，张明富在母亲的病院里认识了金塘中学的老董事长，老董事长说自己的学校正要漆黑板，于是介绍张明富去帮忙漆黑板。这份工作让他一口气挣了几十块，张明富脑袋一激灵：以后就要“搞经济”！
After this incident, Zhang Mingfu and several villagers nearby raised 17 yuan to sell chickens in the market. Unfortunately, the chickens caught the plague and died in the end. So that everyone lost their money. When they were desperate, Zhang Mingfu met the old principal of Jintang Middle School in his mother's hospital. He said that his school was about to paint blackboards, and invited Zhang Mingfu to help paint them. This job let him earn some money. After that, there is an idea popping out of his mind that he will go all out for economic development in the future.
张明富重新编织起梦来。学校的油漆活让张明富尝到了“甜头”，于是他和姑父一道外出干起了油漆工。开始，由于技术欠缺，很少有人找张明富干活，他省吃俭用买了本《油漆工工艺》，一有空就开始钻研。那段日子，张明富夜里每30分钟就起来一次，观察油漆的变化情况，掌握土漆（生漆）成膜的反应时间和火候。就这样，他的油漆技术突飞猛进，找他干活的人排起了长队，有的甚至还要“通关系”才能找到他。二十岁的小伙子张明富，像个吃香的“明星”似的，他得意地回忆起这段青春时光：“那时都是小车来小车去，其实我就是一个匠人而已。”
Zhang Mingfu pursued his dream again. The school's painting job gave Zhang Mingfu a hope of earning money. So he went out with his uncle to work as a painter. At first, due to the lack of technology, few people found Zhang Mingfu the chance to work. So that he saved money to buy a "painter craft". As soon as he had time he pushed himself to studying. In those days, Zhang Mingfu got up every 30 minutes at night to observe the changes in the paint and to master the reaction time and fire of the earth paint (raw paint). In this way, his painting skills improved by leaps and bounds. After that there were long lines of people looking for him to work, and some even had to seek on a relationship for their own good to invite him. Twenty-year-old Zhang Mingfu, like a "star", proudly recalled his youthful days: "At that time, I was only a craftsman with a small car.”
这段时光里，他结识了自己一生的爱人——李润开。李润开在很小的时候就父母双亡，17岁参加工作，尝尽人生的苦，她却浑身充满一种坚强和韧劲。朦胧中，他们看到了生活的更大希望。
During this time, he met his wife - Li Runkai. Her parents died when she was very young. And she joined the workforce at the age of 17. Having tasted the hardships of life, she was full of strength and resilience. In a haze, they saw a greater hope for life.
接着，改革开放的春风吹拂着珠江三角洲。一天，一位很看重张明富的顾客建议他去广东发展，张明富认为这是个好提议，就和妻子来到广东顺德的一家私人家具厂喷漆，他很快成为骨干，工资从每月1200元工资涨到3000元。干了一段时间，他觉得这家私人企业老板的管理水平还不如自己，渐渐萌生了自己办厂的想法。
Then, with the development of Reform and Opening up in the Pearl River Delta. One day, a customer who valued Zhang Mingfu suggested him to go to Guangdong to seek opportunities. Zhang Mingfu thought it was a good offer. So that he and his wife came to a private furniture factory in Shunde, Guangdong to spray paint. He soon became the backbone, and his wages increased from 1200 yuan per month to 3000 yuan. After doing it for a while, he felt that the management level of the owner of this private enterprise was not as good as his own. Then he decided to run his own factory.
90年代初，广东正是经济腾飞的时候，顺德老板请他接管油漆厂，开出120万的天价年薪！那时的广东，“千万富翁”已经不稀奇，张明富也暗暗算了一笔账：一家人每年用20万体体面面地生活，十年后我也是千万富翁啦。可是想着想着，一个令他痛苦的疑问蹦了出来：十年后，我老家的人们会怎么样？他们会不会成为千万富翁？
In the early 90s, when Guangdong's economy was taking off, his boss in Shunde asked him to take over the paint factory and offered him an astronomical annual salary of 1.2 million. At that time in Guangdong, "millionaires" were not uncommon. Zhang Mingfu also secretly calculated a sum of money which is the family lived decently with 200,000 a year, and in ten years I was also a millionaire. But thinking about it, a painful question popped up: ten years later, what will happen to the people in my hometown? Will they become millionaires?
张明富每年要回几次村里，然而他却越发失落惶然。他亲眼目睹了农村和城市贫富差距的日益增大，时刻萦绕脑海的故乡，在大坎村生活了世世代代的农民和亲人，挥之不去。在广东舒适的床榻上，他辗转难眠：十年后，我可能会是一个千万富翁，但是我老家的人们，肯定连十万都没有。我知道会那样，因为差距会越来越大，十年后，大坎还是那个样子！
Zhang Mingfu returns to the village several times a year, yet he is increasingly lost and frightened. He witnessed the growing gap between the rich and the poor in the countryside and the city. The memories of his hometown, the farmers and relatives who had lived in Dakan for generations, lingered on his mind. He felt hard to sleep when he was lying on his comfortable bed in Guangdong. He thought that in ten years, I may be a millionaire, but the people in my hometown, for sure, don't even have 100,000 yuan. I know it will be like that, because the gap will get bigger and bigger, and in ten years, Dakan will still be the same!
他一辈子都记得，1988年冬天，他和李润开去广东海峰县找工作，到了晚上没住处，就向在海峰打煤球的亲戚李广和罗老四求助。面颊脏黑的李广和罗老四把唯一的床让给了他俩——这唯一的床由一块搭在椅子上的旧门板组成，没有被子，但广东气候温暖，也不觉得冷。第二天早上，张明富醒来后，好奇李广和罗老四睡哪里，于是出去四处找，却看见他们睡在拉煤球的手推车里，身体还是卷曲着的。张明富当场就哭了，他心里哀伤地想：何处是农民工的归宿啊？
He remembered for the rest of his life that in the winter of 1988, he and Li Runkai went to Haifeng County in Guangdong province to look for a job. When they arrived at night, they found that there was no place to stay. So they asked their relatives Li Guang and Mr. Luo, who were playing briquettes in Haifeng, for help. Li Guang and Luo, with the dirty faces, gave them the only bed, which was consisted of an old door panel hitched to a chair without a quilt. But the climate in Guangdong was warm and they didn't feel cold. When Zhang Mingfu woke up in next morning, he was curious about where Li Guang and Luo slept in. So he went out to look around, he saw them sleeping in the cart, which was used to pull briquettes and their bodies were still curled up. Zhang Mingfu cried on the spot and thought that where is the home of migrant workers?
这件事给张明富的刺激很大，而那个原先模糊羞涩的梦想，似乎渐渐清晰。
This thing gave Zhang Mingfu a lot of stimulation, and the original vague dream seems to be gradually clear at that time.
1991年，张明富觉得是时候去践行梦想了，他揣着打工挣下的6万块钱，和妻子回到了故乡。他不知道离实现自己的梦想还有多远距离，但他暗暗树立起了一个信念：张明富有能力带着家乡父老一起挣钱！
In 1991, Zhang Mingfu felt that it was time to realize his dream. With only 60,000 yuan he had earned from his job, he and his wife returned to his hometown. He didn't know how far away he was from realizing his dream. But he secretly set up a belief: Zhang Mingfu had the ability to bring his hometown people together to earn money!

回到家乡后，迎接张明富的不是鼓舞和赞美，更多的是嘲笑、质疑和奚落。的确，张明富全部家当就六万多块，要怎么才能实现那个遥远的梦想？思考再三，他决心从副食和化妆品批发搞起。
When he returned home, Zhang Mingfu was not greeted with encouragement and praise, but ridicule, questions and taunts. Indeed, Zhang Mingfu only had 60,000 yuan, so how could he realize that distant dream? After much thought, he decided to start a wholesale food and cosmetics business.
最初，由于摸不到门道，张明富接连两个月亏损。他有些焦虑，思考着，问题到底出在哪里？一天，求知若渴的他在书摊上看到一本《厂长经理干部读本》，于是买回来仔细阅读，这本书让他恍然大悟！张明富从中领悟到市场调查的重要性，从此以后，在投资产业前做好市场调查的习惯伴随他一生。很快，张明富就找到了让自己的生意扭亏为盈的方法——减少从厂家到消费者之间的流通环节，不再向本地批发商进货，而是直接到外地厂家进货。为了进货送货，张明富曾经四天四晚不睡觉，同学、朋友惊呼：“你实在太拼了，真应该叫‘张铁人’！”

One day, as thirsty for knowledge, he bought a book called "The Textbook of Factory Cadres ". After reading carefully, he figured it out. Zhang Mingfu understood the importance of market research. Since then, the habit of doing market research before investing in industry accompanied him throughout his life. Soon, Zhang Mingfu found a way to turn his business into a profitable one, which is reducing the circulation link from manufacturers to consumers and no longer to local wholesalers, but directly to overseas manufacturers to buy goods. Because of busy work, Zhang Mingfu once four days and four nights without sleep. So that his classmates, friends exclaimed that "You are really too hardworking, we should call you 'Tieren Zhang'!"
做批发挣钱不是张明富的最终目的，奔忙之中，他没有忘记自己的初衷。不过，从化妆品批发的经验中，张明富看到了化妆品行业的高毛利。1998年，他回到家乡团泽镇，用批发生意挣到加上筹集的250多万资金，与港商合作成立了贵州梦丽雅化妆品厂。
Making money from wholesaling was not Zhang Mingfu's ultimate goal, and he did not forget his original purpose in the midst of his busy schedule. However, from the experience of cosmetic wholesale, Zhang Mingfu saw the high gross profit of the cosmetics industry. In 1998, he returned to his hometown of Tuanze Town, with more than 2.5 million capital that earned from the wholesale business and raised from the villagers, Zhang Mingfu established the Guizhou Mengliya Cosmetics Factory in cooperation with Hong Kong businessmen.
初期，由于对产品市场定位不准，厂里靠中低档产品走量为生，由于技术附加值低，加之亚洲金融风波的冲击，公司经营陷入困境。但是张明富相信，在山清水秀的家乡生产护肤品是一项竞争优势，问题出在自己的经营理念上。必须调整产业结构！可是这需要资金63万，到哪里去找呢？妻子提议，“要不去找漆过家具的工人师傅们？”
Initially, due to the inaccurate positioning of the product market, the factory relied on low- and mid-range products to make a living. Due to the low technical added value and the impact of the Asian financial turmoil, the company's operation was in trouble. However, Zhang Mingfu believed that producing skincare products in his hometown with beautiful scenery was a competitive advantage, and the problem lay in his own business philosophy. The industrial structure must be adjusted. But this requires capital of 630,000, and they can’t afford it now. His wife suggested, "How about going to find the help for the workers who have painted the furniture before?"
张明富虽然有些难为情，但还是咬着牙去了。没想到，几个师傅知道情况后立马爽快答应，因为他们认为张明富人品好，甚至有人说：“只要认真做，亏了都不要你还。”短短40多天，张明富就筹集到90多万元，这让他感慨万分。
Although Zhang Mingfu feels embarrassed to say that , he still forces himself to meet them. Unexpectedly, several workers know the situation immediately and readily agreed. Because they think Zhang Mingfu has a good character, and some even said, "As long as you work hard, we try our best to support you." In just 40 days, Zhang Mingfu raised more than 900,000 yuan, which made him feel very emotional.

镇里的领导得知情况后，前来给张明富打气。他扬起笑脸，“梦润不会垮，张明富不会退缩。”

有了师傅们的爱心救急款，张明富得以更新设备，他带领企业重新进行产品和市场定位，研发出十余种优质的中高档化妆品。艰难时，张明富不断激励自己：我一定要颠覆别人的观念，农民也能干好大事！

“她来自贵州高原深处的梦润源，那里四面环山，溪流交错，空气清新，方圆百里无任何污染源。她给您带来山里人的问候……”在产品包装上，有了这么一段令人动容的文字介绍。张明富还做出承诺：使用梦润洗发露的顾客有任何不满意之处，可以随时退货退款。
"She comes from Mengrunyuan, which is a place located in DaKan Village, deep in the Guizhou plateau, which is surrounded by mountains, staggered streams, fresh air and no pollution sources for a hundred miles around. She brings you the greetings from the mountains ..." This touching introduction is on the product packaging. Zhang Mingfu also made a promise that if customers who used the Mengrun shampoo have any dissatisfaction, you can return it and get refund anytime.
梦润系列产品凭借优良的口碑，迅速在全省打开市场。2003年，企业发展进入良性轨道，运货车由2辆增加到40多辆，通过了ISO9001：2000标准国际质量管理体系认证，被中国香化协会列为特别推荐的八家化妆品企业之一，填补了贵州没有一家高档日用化妆品生产企业的空白。2006年，“梦润”牌系列化妆品和贵州梦丽雅化妆品公司同时被国家高科技质量监督促进委员会评为“全国质量信得过产品、贵州省著名商标、全国重点宣传单位”。2008年，梦润洗发露被评为“贵州名牌产品”。

随着企业的发展壮大，张明富逐步实现着那个埋在心里的斑斓梦想——带领家乡父老一起挣钱。企业解决下岗职工、农村富余劳动力、大中专应届毕业生百余人，转业退伍军人６名，残疾人８名……

“年轻的梦润啊，你把美丽留给人间，风吹雨打也不怕……”梦润人常常会哼起这首张明富填词、著名作曲家杜兴成作曲的《梦润之歌》。当大家听着这首歌，仿佛有一种力量和感喟生长起来，温柔地抚平创伤。
"Young Mengrun company, it is you that leave the beauty to the people, even the wind and rain are not afraid of ..." Mengrun people often hum the song of Mengrun, which is written by Zhang Mingfu and composed by the famous composer Du Xingcheng. When listening to this song, it is as if there is a power and emotion growing up to gently heal the trauma.
